Natalie Vlismas - chair person for the COMENSA National Ethics Portfolio Committee.
People experience Natalie Vlismas as energetic, intuitive, empathetic, creative and intellectual in approach, with absolute dedication to her clients and her work as a coach, trainer and co designer of the COMENSA Ethics committees’ Ethical Dilemma Solving model. Passionate about the subject of ethics in the business of coaching, she has worked closely with Matt Shelley and Steve Dold for four years to deliver an uplifting and inspiring presentation of the ethical decision making process.
Natalie has 20 years experience as a successful business owner and entrepreneur, and eight years as a full time coach. She is a preferred coach to executives and senior managers in companies such as General Electric Healthcare Services South Africa, Discovery/Pru Health, Standard Bank, Santam, RMB and SITA, and finds her passion working in environmentally- and ethically-orientated organisations and NGOs, or facilitating the alignment of such.
Steve is a Chartered Secretary who, until 2007, was employed in a multinational pharmaceutical company for 26 years. His career responsibilities spanned Company Secretary, Financial Director, Corporate Governance Director and tax compliance issues. Steve is now an independent business consultant specialising in finance and corporate governance and as such represents Corporate Governance Accreditation (Pty) Ltd as General Manager in South Africa. This consulting work includes extensive activity as an independent trustee on various retirement funds.
He is a current member of the Institute of Directors and the Ethics Institute of South Africa and the former National Treasurer for COMENSA.
