As a coach, Natalie facilitates transformations in individuals and teams towards personal self-actualisation, for improved performance, goal attainment, and the ability to lead effectively within continually expanding paradoxical and transitional environments.
The people she coaches achieve their specified outcomes and ideals and go beyond their own expectations whilst consciously managing their stress levels. People experience her as energetic, intuitive, empathetic, creative and intellectual in approach, with absolute dedication to her clients.
Natalie has 18 years experience as a business owner and entrepreneur, and seven years as a full time coach. She is internationally accredited through Middlesex University in the UK, is a qualified meta-NLP practitioner and coach through the Institute of Neuro Linguistics, and also serves as chairman on the Ethics Committee of COMENSA.
Natalie is a preferred coach to executives and senior managers in companies such as General Electric Healthcare Services South Africa, Discovery/Pru Health, Standard Bank, Santam and SITA, and finds her passion working in environmentally- and ethically-orientated organisations and NGOs, or facilitating the alignment of such.
Natalie uses powerful questioning techniques, adult learning and an advanced non-directive approach that enables people to regularly access the big picture in even the most complex environments. This aids value-driven strategy execution and improves buy-in from all stakeholders. Leaders learn to apply creative problem-solving from a systems perspective, enhance their leadership capacity and emerge their individual purpose and values in order to ignite authentic and congruent leadership styles.
Coaching furthermore ensures that leaders and mangers put into action all the learning and training they have acquired, facilitating their journey into self-mastery.
Natalie's experience in stress management enables her to leverage the highest performance in her clients with increased self-awareness and, therefore, wellness. Improved self/other awareness facilitates better communication and life skills, influence and problem-solving skills, drive and motivation and a positive attitude. The implementation of sustainable behavioural changes in turn improves clients? ability to motivate others towards the same goals.
Natalie has an existential stance and is trained in many models of coaching and facilitation including neuro linguistic programming (NLP), neuro semantics, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), coactive coaching and systemic approaches, to name a few. In each case Natalie uses specific methods and skills best suited to the individual needs of her clients.
