Clutterbuck Associates South Africa is the local franchise of the leading European mentoring consultancy. We support organisations in designing and implementing in-house developmental mentoring and coaching programmes, designed to accelerate human development. All our programmes conform to the International Standards for Mentoring Programmes in Employment.
Our programmes are linked firmly to the clients business strategy; offer significant development opportunities for the managers / more experienced people already in the organisation; and emphasise the training of both mentors and mentees or both coaches and coachees thereby helping to collapse the power distance and resulting in mutual learning.
We run regular public workshops to train the in-house coordinator of mentoring and coaching schemes - these workshops receive excellent feedback from participants.
