Tania Adams is an international coach, speaker, author and facilitator. She has more than 12 years cumulative experience of leadership, coaching, mentoring and facilitation and a proven track record. Tania holds ICF/ACTP accredited qualifications of Professional Coach and Accredited Consciousness Coach^®, which she earned through the coaching academy, Creative Consciousness International (CCI). Tania is a member of COMENSA (Coaches and Mentors of South Africa). In addition to one-on-one coaching of executives, Tania works extensively with teams and has had enormous successes with team dynamics, driving results and change integration. Tania also facilitates programs for the development of a coaching and mentoring style of leadership within organisations.  In the years prior to opening her coaching practice, Tania held a post as a Junior Lecturer at the University of the Witwatersrand in the department of Business Economics where she lectured for three and a half years before entering into the private sector to run her ownlabourrelations consultancy.  In 1999 Tania was offered a management position in the motor industry and enjoyed an 8-year-long career in motor retail. Through her career, Tania held the positions of Franchise Credit Manager, Branch Accountant, Sales Manager and ultimately Dealer Principal where she was responsible for the running and managing of a flagship dealership. Tania has extensive management and development experience, as well as experience in marketing, sales and customer service. Tania’s coaching clients include inter alia, managing directors, financial executives, general and middle management, entrepreneurs and business owners from organisations such as Volition, Merchants SA, Enviroil, Incredible Connection, KK Shelving and Investec Bank. Testimonials are available upon request.  Tania is one the co-authors of A Coaches Story to be published in 2010. She is also a freelance contributor of self-help articles to publications such as Destiny
