I am a registered psychologist who works in a very tactical way, with a focus on transferring theoretical knowledge into action. I often use personality assessment as the foundation for my coaching intervention. I work with individuals as well as large groups.
Before becoming a psychologist I failed quite spectacularly at times having been insolvent at the tender age of 25. Just to add insult to injury I lost almost everything again with the .com crash around 2001. At the age of 35 I decided to follow my dream so I took 4 years off to complete my degrees and get qualified, lecturing and working part time to meet some financial needs. At the age of 42 I am truly satisfied that this career path is indeed a vocation and a passion fueled by the desire to make a difference and satisfy my financial aspirations. So I take the 20 years of experience, combine it with theoretical knowledge and build a methodology that meets your needs, wherever you are at. At least that is the premise by which I practice - with reference to coaching.
My current areas of interest lie in EAP systems, online support; as well as the themes of wellness and chaos and complexity theory.
