I have 20 and years of experience in the corporate arena of executive coaching, organisation development, and group relations consultancy. I coach senior executives on a variety of leadership, development and relationship issues, enabling them to become more aware of self and others, and become grounded, effective, creative and mindful leaders. I also consult to organisations seeking to bring coaching into the wider workplace. Im fully accredited in the UK by APECS (Association for Professional Executive Coaching and Supervision), BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy), and AC (Association for Coaching). Im currently training as a "Time to Think" Coach. Im based in the UK (London and Oxford) and am a regular visitor to Cape Town and the Western Cape area. I work with clients both face to face and by telephone.
