I am a coach and entrepreneur, having run my own consultancy 'The PROFACT Network'' since 1979...with a brief interruption (1985-1988) when I took up a position in HR. I resigned as Manpower Planning and Development Manager to resume consulting. Being involved in a variety of hands-on People Development Interventions is what makes me get up in the mornings.I have travelled to Europe and NZ, attending and presenting at e.g. coaching conferences.I am a devoted member of an international community of Solution-focused practitioners serving organisations.I get passionate about being involved where people are developing their potential.
