Bev Hancock (née Campbell), the founder of Kaleidoscope, is a Business Coach, Mentor, Trainer and Facilitator. Bev has extensive experience in both adult education and training, and has coached the National Sales Team of one of the largest and most successful educational institutions in Africa. She is currently working with theVWSA Learning Organisation. She studied Integral Coaching at the Mentoring.

 

It is the vision of Kaleidoscope to develop a network of Associate coaches initially in the Eastern Cape and then on a national basis. Kaleidoscope currently sponsors the successful Virtual Board mentoring programme run by the Business Woman’s Association. As a member of COMENSA, Bev believes that the coaching profession should be soundly based on ethical principles that always put the needs of the client first.  Kaleidoscope uses a blended approach to coaching using a combination of workshops, training, coaching circles and one to one coaching to maximise the coaching experience.  As part of the Coach and Grow Programme Kaleidoscope has developed a two or three day workshop for companies and individuals who wish to start their coaching journey.  The workshop can be customised to the needs of the organization.

 

It is her belief and experience that given the right tools and support, people can achieve anything they set their mind to. In the business world it is people who achieve the goals and vision of an organization. Through training, coaching and development a well chosen team can perform exponentially better and can thus contribute to the competitive advantage of the organization.
