Madi specialises in the coaching and mentoring of (a) middle and senior management level within organisations for increased performance, promotion to the next level, switching careers and project management skills (b) people wanting to enter the job market (first entry or re-entry), and (c)  people exiting the job market due to retirement or for other reasons. She also coaches and mentors private individuals in terms of achieving their personal development and life goals.

She has a successful track record of coaching and mentoring in the Government environment, Corporate sector, NGOs and with private individuals. Madi has a B Comm degree and Diploma in Secondary Education from the University of Stellenbosch (South Africa), as well as a B Comm Honors (Economics) degree and a Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Pretoria (South Africa). She is currently completing a post-graduate course in Coaching Psychology.

She has operated within multi-cultural work environments, nationally, internationally and in the SADC countries at senior management level and has been running her own successful business consultancy for 11 years.
