It is my passionate mission to empower and to bring forth the inexhaustible treasures, already existing in the wholeness of each one of us, as I endeavour the realisation of my vision: A whole world full of whole people!
How we see and relate to ourselves, profoundly affect every other aspect, relationship and experience in our lives.
Multiple layers of conditioning may cloud our self- perception, keeping our greatness hidden and locked up, leaving us feeling like children who have no choice, power or possibility to make our dreams reality.

Through the powerful Consciousness Coaching® process, you will gain insights, clarity and the power to change self-sabotaging patterns, fortifying your ability to discern and to creatively choose your responses consciously and deliberately.
My experience of life and on various levels of education and counseling, paved my path to qualify with ICF-accreditation as a Professional and Consciousness Coach, as well as a Relationship Coach.
Individual or small group coaching sessions are available to any individual who is ready and willing to change what is not working for him/her, and who wants to work from their hearts towards lasting breakthroughs in communication, personal and work relationships, creativity, performance and overall enjoyment of and engagement in Life. Teens and adults who struggle with self-acceptance, perfectionism, the setting of personal boundaries, feelings of overwhelmness and procrastination - who is experiencing the distracting and limiting effects at work and/or on another personal level - are especially welcome to contact me.
