My years of coaching and counselling and my love for people assist me in creating a safe thinking space for clients. This is where they come to understand the impact of where they come from, objectively asses where they are at, visualise where they would like to be and together, we develop a plan to get there. As facilitator I have experience in working with a variety of different personality profiles, group sizes and industries and I am enthusiastic about facilitating the process of awareness: better understanding yourself, growing in understand others and as a result, adapting and connecting more insightfully with others ? in both professional and private capacity.
