Heather is a passionate and experienced coach and facilitator. She has a passion for affecting positive change in individuals. Heather's BA Honours in Psychology (UNISA 2003), NLP practitioner certification and Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (UCT business School 1996) provide her with a good grounding for understanding human behaviour. She is currently completing an MBA at GIBS, which she believes will provide value to her clients. Heather is a member of the part-time faculty at GIBS (Gordon Institute of Business Science of the University of Pretoria). She currently works as an independent contractor offering coaching, facilitation and people development services. With a keen interest in contributing to the improvement of the lives of others, Heather is actively involved in local charity work in the Midvaal area.
