Stefaan van den Heever competed in the U.S. collegiate golf 1st division and various professional golf tours for 10 years. He now applies this experience of achieving in a high performance arena to his coaching work with clients.
The purpose of the coaching that he does is to achieve dislodgement for his clients; so that they can be unstuck from the assumptions that have locked them into seeing their world in a certain way and that they are free to explore new possibilities for action and a new way of being in their lives. He believes that we all can change by being able to see the world with new eyes, and by engaging in new behaviours or practices. By being self-correcting and self-generating we can perform on a consistently high level, while also experiencing new meaning and fulfillment.
He has been coaching since 2007 and has worked with clients in various industries, such as corporate, property, financial services, marketing, psychology and professional golf. Stefaan has a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration (majoring in International Business), from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, U.S.A. He completed his coaching training at the Centre for Coaching, U.C.T Graduate School of Business, and is an Associate Certified coach through the International Coach Federation (I.C.F).
